If learning is an act of exploration, Lenora Braynon Smith Elementary School is preparing our students for a journey of a lifetime through our technology program. Our technology component is implemented by way of Success*Maker (Pearson Digital learning).  Each classroom is equipped with five to eight computers, allowing our students to receive computer-assisted reading and mathematics instruction for 20 minutes daily.  Additionally, Reading Plus, and FastForWord are used in a lab setting with selected students to meet their individual needs.  Brainchild is also used during and after school by selected teachers to provide additional reinforcement of skills.

Our administration, teachers, and staff are in support of our technology program.  Lenora Braynon Smith Elementary School is committed to giving all students a strong academic program through real-life experiences that will provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary for life. Technology is use as a support in meeting the individual needs of our students.
