Direct Instruction (SRA)---This research-based reading program utilizes oral language, phonemic awareness, systematic phonics, word analysis, vocabulary building, fluency, and comprehension. The Reading Leader supervises the implementation the program.

FASTFORWORD --- This computer driven program helps participants who are struggling with reading skills. It automatically adapts to the individual participant’s ability level and uses both visual and auditory stimulation. Used mostly for our ESOL and ESE population, it helps students acquire skills in phonemes, semantics, syntax and pragmatics.
